Childs, City Manager <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> SUMP4ARY DISCUSSION OF SUBJECT: Mayor Sundland, after speaking with tenants of <br /> the St. Anthony Shopping enter, earned that because of the ongoing discussions <br /> about the proposed demolition of that Center, many persons have assumed that the <br /> existing businesses are no longer operating, and their businesses seem to have suf- <br /> fered because of it. The Council discussed the problem and generally concurred that <br /> the Mayor's concept for additional signage on a temporary basis would be a good <br /> idea and would not set a precedent. The Council is seeking Planning Commission <br /> review and comment about the idea. <br /> ALTERNATIVES : <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Per Commission.
