The proposed conditional use is a remodel of an existing Kentucky <br /> Fried Chicken Restaurant. Our proposal will include improved service <br /> and dining facilities, improved restroom facilities and new entry <br /> vestibule. Exterior improvements include new mansard and cupola, yard <br /> lighting, landscaping and parking lot resurfacing and striping. These <br /> improvements are in line with.
