Childs, City Manager <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> S,UMMARY DISCUSSION OF SUBJECT: This is a request from Ken Hiebel for a fence <br /> variance for his property at 3341 Skycroft Circle, As discussed by the Commission, <br /> objections by the neighbors should be considered and we have received no objections. <br /> Other issues seemed to be related to the proposed open rafters which would technically <br /> be defined as a porch, eave or architectural attachment to' the house. The ordinance <br /> allows projection to within three feet -of the side property line. <br /> ALTERNATIVES : Approve, modify, or deny. <br /> RECOM: ENDATION: I believe that this request has two parts .
