Copies of their March 27th
response were distributed to the H.R.A. members and Mr. Childs indi-
cated the sponsors had agreed to split the costs of $2 ,200 with
Walker-Methodist Homes .
Commissioner Ranallo recalled the City had already spent a large sum
of money to take soil borings in that area when the question had been
raised whether there might be a subterranean lake flowing under the
t subject property. Mr. Yurick said he was certain the results of
those borings had been made available to GME when they had recommended
at least eight borings be taken. Secretary/Treasurer Marks reminded
the H.R.A. of a similar case in the Office Park where the Midland
building had to be moved over a foot or two when additional borings
indicated that would be necessary.
Motion by Secretary-Treasurer Marks and seconded by Vice Chair Enrooth
2.1
• to authorize payment of up to $1,100, with the other half of the costs
to be borne, by Walker-Methodist Residence and Health Services, Inc. ,
to have soil boring taken of the 202 project property as proposed
by -GME.-Consulting Engineers .
