Childs City Manages <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> SUMl4ARY DISCUSSION OF SUBJECT: Attached is a proposal to take the existing wooden <br /> signs for the St. Anthony Townhomes and mount them on a berm in a singular V-shaped <br /> structure with substantive brick work supporting them. A similar concept to the <br /> sign was approved for Elmwood Church a few years ago. The requested no "U" turn <br /> sign has been installed and hopefully helped the traffic situati-on. <br /> Regarding the Ross Craig sign, the Commission should recommend some course of action , <br /> i .e. , removal , approval of smaller total square footage or whatiever.
