Nelson for a <br /> variance to allow construction of an additional 6 feet onto <br /> the south side of the garage located at 3420 Harding <br /> Street N.E. The variance, if granted, would allow the <br /> garage to come within 3 feet 8 inches of the south property <br /> line , where 5 feet are required in the City Ordinance . <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter <br /> shall be heard at said time and place.
