ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> SIGN VARIANCE <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, <br /> February 16, 1988 at 7 : 35 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the <br /> City Hall, 3301 ..Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the <br /> following purpose: <br /> Consideration of a request from Albert Plaisted, owner <br /> of the St. Anthony Dairy Queen, 2612 Highway 88, for <br /> a sign variance to allow the following signs: <br /> 1 . One 4 foot X 6 foot rotating roof sign with Dairy <br /> Queen logo; and <br /> 2. Two ( 2 ) wall sign units with 3 foot X 5 foot Dairy <br /> Queen logos and individual lettering ( "Dairy Queen" ) , <br /> 22 inches X 14 feet each in size. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter <br /> will be heard at said time and place.
