Childs, 'City Manager <br /> Re: 88-15 Request from Leo Kuelbs for Conditional Use Permit to <br /> allow Motorcycle Sales and Accessory in a "C" Commercial <br /> Zone. <br /> The Ordinance amending the Zoning Code to allow the above use as <br /> a conditional use has been given its second reading by the City <br /> Council and will receive final adoption at the July 26 meeting. <br /> With the ordinance amendment in place, the hearing regarding the <br /> specific conditional use request is the next step for the <br /> applicant prior to opening his business. <br /> Minutes of the City Council and Planning Commission meetings on <br /> • this matter are attached. The applicant's proposal is as it was <br /> at the zoning amendment hearing. The task faced by the Planning <br /> • Commission at this time is to determine what conditions it <br /> wishes to recommend for this particular use. . <br /> As of the date of this report, I have received no calls or <br /> letters either for or against this request from the neighboring <br /> property owners. <br /> • <br />
