ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> VARIANCE REQUEST <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, October <br /> 3, 1989 at 7: 45 P.M. in the. Council Chambers of the City Hall , 3301 <br /> Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner of the building) for the <br /> purpose of considering: <br /> Consideration of a request from Valentina and Nicholas Yarr, <br /> • 3104 Armour Terrace, for a variance concerning privacy fence <br /> height at the same address. The variance request is for an <br /> additional foot (from six feet to seven feet) in the back yard <br /> and an additional three feet (from four feet to seven feet) <br /> in the front yard. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will <br /> be heard at said time and place.
