He would not <br /> consider a wall of lesser height, so Mrs. Glotzbach immediately phoned <br /> the St Anthony Village Administrative Office and was told that fences in <br /> the back mutt not be more than b feet tall. We gave this information to <br /> Mr. Yarr, but he said he would build the 8 foot screen, that he would not <br /> deal. with us--and that he would do whatever the city said he should do.. <br /> By night he and a helper had built the fence 8 feet high and almost 18 feet <br /> long. He talked about the possibility of fencing his entire back yard. <br /> July 21 Mr. Yarr and his assistant cut one foot off the 8 foot <br /> fence. For over two months we have had a seven foot fence. It is very <br /> long (nearly 18 feet) and extends clear to the ground. It is very much a <br /> wall instead of a decorative screen. <br /> End of July Mr. Yarr built a new 5 foot 5 inch section somewhat <br /> perpendicular to the 18 foot section, connecting the original wall to his <br />
