The proposed sign is 2.5 feet X 12 feet, for a total of 30
square feet. The letters are 17 inches high and will be neon on the
surface of the sign.
This is in addition to the existing front sign which is also 2 .5 feet
X 12 feet, or 30 square feet.
The signs equal 60 square feet, which is under that allowed by the sign
ordinance ( 110 square feet) .
In addition, the building is located on a corner and faces away from a
large amount of traffic - at St. Anthony Boulevard and Kenzie Terrace.
No calls for or against this variance have been received by City Hall.
An additional diagram will be presented at the meeting.
:cjkll. 21 .89
