ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> SIGN VARIANCE <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> City Council of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, November 21, <br /> 1989 at 7: 35 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall , 3301 <br /> Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner of the building) for the <br /> purpose: <br /> • Consideration of a sign variance request from Stan Carlson for <br /> Rosie's .Restaurant, 2905 Kenzie Terrace, for a second sign to <br /> be placed on the east side of the structure. The sign is <br /> three feet by 13 feet, totalling 39 square feet. The second <br /> sign would be in addition to the 39 square foot front signage. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will <br /> be heard at said time and place.
