A14TH014Y BOULEVARD , SETBACK <br /> 38 VARIANCE <br /> 39 <br /> 40 The hearing was opened at 7 : 33 p.m. with no one present <br /> 41 reporting faiure to receive the notice of hearing or <br /> 42 objecting to its content . <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Assistant to the City Manager VanderHeyden reported that <br /> 45 r-avid Draws is requesting a one-foot variance to the setback <br /> 46 requirerant of the city zoning ordinance . Mr . Draws <br /> 47 proposes to build a new garage close to the location of his <br /> 42 existing garage . Although the garage ;call will be three <br /> 49 feet from the east property line , the overhang will only be <br /> 50 two feet from the property line , ;necessitating the request <br />
