I have <br /> been on the Planning Commission for three years and I felt a <br /> synopsis of our activities would be in order and helpful to you. <br /> The number of meetings : 10 (Mar & Sep cancelled). <br /> : 2 hours 45 minutes average. length <br /> : 7 separate reports made to Council <br /> The issues consisted of: 9 Public Hearings(6-cond use,3-var) <br /> : 11 Concept Reviews <br /> : 29 Misc Items (18 once-11 reoccurring) <br /> I feel that the following items are a list of this year's <br /> • highlights and/or accomplishments. <br /> South End Redevelopment <br /> Revised Sign Ordinance <br /> Housing Maintenance Ordinance <br /> Joint City Council/Planning Commission Meeting <br /> Apache Plaza Redevelopment - Continuing <br /> Planning Commission Bylaws <br /> It must be noted that none of this could have been accomplished <br /> without the excellent work of the City Staff, plus the hard work <br /> of the entire Planning Commission and the cooperation of the City <br /> j ou il.' erely; <br /> erome O.
