STAFF REPORT <br /> DATE: December 18, 1992 <br /> TO: Planning Commission <br /> FROM: David Mark Urbia, Management Assistant <br /> ITEM: ACCESSORY STRUCTURE PERMIT <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> The City Attorney presented this idea to the Planning Commission as a method that could <br /> allow flexibility to the City, as finding hardship to allow a variance is extremely difficult. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Review the permit and provide input to staff to change the permit to St. Anthony's needs. <br /> A public hearing could be held in February, to receive input from residents. The City <br /> Council could 'act on the permit in March, in order for it to be in place in time for the <br /> building season. <br /> i <br />
