APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE AUGUST 18 , 1992 PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> 23 MEETING <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Motion by Madden, second by Franzese to approve the minutes of <br /> 26 the August 18 , 1992 Planning Commission Meeting with the <br /> following corrections: <br /> 29 page 3 , line 31 : Add after the word "medium" the word <br /> 30 "density" <br /> 31 page 3, lines 39/40 : This sentence should read as follows , <br /> 32. "Commissioner Madden also inquired as to when the impact on <br /> 33. the other lots will be resolved . " <br /> 34 page 4 , lines 23/24 : Delete the entire sentence. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Commissioner Gondorchin noted that the word "supermarket" had <br /> 37. been treated as two words throughout the text of the minutes <br /> 38 and should be one word. <br /> 39. <br /> 40 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 41 <br /> 42 <br /> 43 4 . DESIGNATION OF COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE TO THE OCTOBER 27, <br /> 44 1992 CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> 45 <br /> 46 Commissioner Werenicz will attend the October 27 , 1992 City <br /> 47 Council Meeting representing the Planning Commission . <br /> 48 <br /> 49 5 : PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> 50 <br /> • <br />
