• CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider <br /> the proposed accessory structure setback permit on Tuesday, February 16, 1993 at 7:05 P.M., <br /> or as soon thereafter as possible. Public Hearings are held in the Council Chambers of the <br /> City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner). <br /> An attached or detached garage may be located within the side setbacks <br /> and/or rear setbacks set forth in Sections 1615.04, 1616.04, and/or 1620.04 if <br /> a setback permit has been issued. The garage area will cover an area of no <br /> more than 528 square feet and no dimension.of which is greater than 24 feet. <br /> In granting or denying the setback permit, the Council will consider criteria <br /> other than solely setback requirements. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will be heard at said time <br /> and place. Questions regarding this matter may be referred to the City Manager, 789-8881. <br /> Auxiliary aids are available upon request at least 96 hours in advance.
