The- variances would be as follows : <br /> Front; 'A 9 10" encroachment <br /> Side: A 51011 encroachment <br /> Rear: A 11101, encroachment <br /> For the following reasons : <br /> 1 . In an effort to improve traffic flow through the site <br /> and make the intersection safer we closed two of the <br /> drives and moved the building farther to the north to <br /> maintain drive lanes and parking. <br /> 2 . Building size and canopy size are being kept at a <br /> minimum compared to industry standards but still <br /> overlap the set-backs - as required by the city. <br /> Please note. that we have talked to the neighbors on' both the <br /> south and east sides and they have no objections to our plan. <br /> Thank you, <br /> Carl H.
