APPROVAL OF MARCH 8 , 1994 COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Motion by Wagner, second by Enrooth to approve the agenda for <br /> 30 the March 8, 1994 Council Meeting with the addition of the <br /> 31 license and permit applications . <br /> 32 <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 35 <br /> 36 <br /> 37 4 . APPROVAL OF.
