Access to the proposed Lot A will be from Old Highway 8. <br /> 4 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 5 Thompson reported that the Planning Commission had received an update from the City <br /> 6 Manager in regard to the Schroeder lot coverage request(3929 Fordham Drive),the <br /> 7 proposed City Hall/Community Center, and the Apache Plaza Redevelopment. He also <br /> 8 reported Commissioner Douglas Bergstrom had been appointed as Chair and <br /> 9 Commissioner George Thompson had been appointed as Vice Chair of the 1995 Planning <br /> 10 Commission. <br /> 11 B. Mayor, <br /> 12 1. Appoint Council Committee for Ci1y Manager's Performance Review. <br /> 3 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to appoint Mayor Ranallo and Councilmember <br /> Enrooth as council committee for City Manager's performance review. <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 16 2. Banner for City's 50th Anniversary, <br /> 17 Ranallo reported that the advertising currently being done for the City's 50th Anniversary <br /> 18 Celebration included tags which are being placed on all letterheads and a large sign,made <br /> 19 by Larry Hamer, which was being placed in different areas throughout the city. <br /> 20 City Manager Mornson reported that the total cost of a new banner would be$2065.00. <br /> 21 He stated the city had not received a bid on recycling an old banner. <br /> 22 City Council consensus was reached to postpone the obtainment of a new banner. <br /> 23 Councilmember Enrooth indicated that he will consult with Signs by Northland as to the <br /> 24, possibility and cost of obtaining a used banner. . <br /> 25 Ranallo reported the annual appreciation dinner for the volunteers of St. Anthony has <br /> 26 been scheduled for April 20, 1995. He had investigated the possibility of holding the <br /> 27 event in the cafeteria but it appears to be more economical to have the event at a local <br /> 28 restaurant. He stated that prices of various restaurants were being evaluated at this time <br /> 4 and he would update the council further when a restaurant had been chosen. <br /> 30 Ranallo reported his attendance at a meeting held today with Chief Engstrom, City <br /> 31 Manager Mornson,the Mayors of Falcon Heights and Lauderdale, and their City <br />
