Planning Commission Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> January 16, 1996 <br /> Page 13 <br /> 1 Commissioner Franzese noted from the discussion with Mr. Larson that the City gave the school <br /> 2 district the land, not the building. <br /> 3 Commissioner Thompson noted the Schroeder property is in very good condition. <br /> 4 Commissioner Makowske welcomed Commissioner Delmonico to the group. He noted that he <br /> 5 will not be at the January 30th meeting due to a school conflict, but will be at the January 23rd <br /> 6 meeting. <br /> 7 Chair Bergstrom had no further comments. <br /> 8 XI.
