ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> VARIANCE PETITION <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing <br /> on Tuesday, June 18, 1996, at 7:05 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the <br /> Council Chambers of the City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast <br /> comer) for the following purpose: <br /> Applicant: Finn-Daniels Architect, St. Paul, MN <br /> Property Address: St. Anthony Unocal <br /> 2812-27th Avenue NE <br /> Proposal: 1) Request for a 10 foot setback variance to allow <br /> continued parking where it presently exists (zero <br /> setback from front property line); <br /> 2) Request for a 7 foot variance to allow placement <br /> of a canopy over an existing pump island 3 feet <br /> from the property line; <br /> 3) Request for a conditional use permit to allow <br /> expansion of existing station and the addition of a <br /> 14 car parking lot. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will be heard at <br /> said time and place.
