CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br /> Petition for Rezoning <br /> We request that the property at 3631 Harding Street N.E. St. Anthony, Legal Description "That <br /> part of Lot 2 lying North of the South 41 feet thereof and West of the East 130 feet thereof, <br /> Block.2, 'Gardena Acres"' be rezoned from one family residence to two family residence. <br /> We make this request for the following reason. Our children are now grown and we, as two <br /> people, reside in a five bedroom home. Two of the bedrooms, bath, family room, utility room, <br /> etc. are on the lower "walk-out" level. We have been renting this area out to two professional <br /> adults. We would like to avoid sharing our kitchen with them or providing kitchen facilities <br /> illegally. For this reason we request rezoning. There would be no structural changes in the <br /> building.
