Thomas Brama, for 3216 - 32nd Avenue N.E., Lot Width Variance Request.
Commissioner Franzese reported Thomas A. Brama,potential buyer of 3216 - 32nd
Avenue N.E., was requesting a R-1 lot width variance of 7 lineal feet. Mr. Brama
currently lives in New Brighton and grew up in St. Anthony. His children currently
attend the#282 School District.
