1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY 2 PLANNING COMNIISSION MEETING MINUTES 3 NOVEMBER 19, 1996 4 1. CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 5 The meeting was called to order and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chair Bergstrom at 6 7:02 P.M. 7 H. ROLL CALL. 8 Commissioners present: Chair Be rgstrom; Commissioners Delmonico, Franzese (arrived at 9 7:04), Gondorchin, Makowske (arrived at 7:06 p.m.), and 10 Thompson. I I Commissioners absent: Commissioner Horst. 12 Also present: Kim Moore-Sykes, Management Assistant. 13 111. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 19, 1996 PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA. 14 Motion by Thompson, seconded by-Gondorchin,to approve the Planning Commission Agenda 15 for November 19 as presented,noting that Item VI.A. 96-18 - Conditional Use Permit, M[illiam- 16 -Magnuson VFW, had been withdrawn from the agenda on November 15, 1996 as per request of 17 the applicant. 18 Motion carried unanimously. 19 Commissioner Franzese arrived at 7:04 p.m. 20 IV. APPROVAL OF THE OCTOBER 15, 1996 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING 21 MINUTES. 22 Commissioner Makowske arrived at 7:06 p.m. 23 Motion by Delmonico, seconded by Franzese,to approve the October 15, 1996 Planning 24 Commission Meeting minutes with the following changes: 25 On Page 2, Lines 6 and 7,remove"because the building is in the setback,by definition of the 26 City Ordinance (Section 1660),this is a non-conforming structure"and replace with"because the 27 building was grandfathered in,this is a non-conforming issue". 28 On Page 4, Line 1,remove"allowance of a new non-conforming structure"and replace with 29 "variance for proposed structure". 30 Motion carried unanimously. 31 V. DESIGNATE PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE TO NOVEMBER 26, 32 1996 COUNCIL MEETING. 33 Commissioner Franzese was appointed as the Planning Commission representative for the 34 Tuesday,November 26, 1996, City Council meeting.
