My <br /> understanding is that this is an allowable use under the current zoning. <br /> However, because of the sale of gasoline a conditional use permit is required. <br /> I am enclosing with this letter an Application for Conditional Use Permit as well <br /> as site and landscape plans for our proposed gas/convenience store.
