1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY 2 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES 3 JULY 1.5, 1997 4 I. CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 5 The meeting was called to order and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chair Bergstrom at 6 7:07 P.M. 7 11. ROLL CALL. 8 Commissioners present: Chair Bergstrom; Commissioners Delmonico, Franzese, 9 Gondorchin, Horst, Makowske (arrived at 7:09 P.M.), and 10 Thompson. 1.1 Commissioners absent: None. 12 Also present: Kim Moore-Sykes, Management Assistant and Michael Mornson, 13 City Manager. 14 III. APPROVAL OF JULY 15, 1997 PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA. 15 Motion by Thompson, seconded by Franzese, to approve the Planning Commission Agenda 16 for July 15, 1997 as presented. 17 Motion carried unanimously. 18 Commissioner Makowske arrived at 7:09 P.M. 19 IV. APPROVAL OF THE JUNE 17, 1997 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING 20 MINUTES. 21 Motion by Makowske, seconded by Franzese, to approve the June 17, 1997 Planning 22 Commission Meeting minutes with the following changes: 23 Page 1, Line 22: Replace "Radman" with "Madden"; 24 Page 3, Line 24: Replace "apologized to Mr. Rosar for the deceptions he had faced" with 25 "felt badly that Mr. Rosar felt he had been deceived."; 26 Page 4, Line 25: Replace "Spanno" with "Spano"; 27 Page 5, Line 3: Replace "Spanno" with "Spano"; 28 Page 6, Line 17: Staff was asked to check if Sunday hours, of operation from 10:00 A.M. 29 to 4:00 P.M. was to be included in Condition #2. 30 Page 7, Line 5: Replace "City had not enforced the conditions of the conditional use 31 permit" with "conditions of the conditional use permit had not been 32 enforced". 33 Motion carried unanimously. 34 V. DESIGNATE PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE FOR JULY 22, 1997 35 COUNCIL MEETING. 36 Commissioner Horst was appointed as the Planning Commission representative for the 37 Tuesday, July 22, 1997, City Council meeting.
