MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: May 15, 1998 <br /> TO: Tom Hanka, Wirth Companies <br /> FROM: Kim Moore-Sykes, Management Assistant <br /> ITEM: Public Hearing for Subdivision of Property. <br /> This memo is being addressed to you to inform and advise you that the Public Hearing <br /> of Wirth'Companies' request for subdivision of property has been postponed to the June <br /> 16, 1998 Planning Commission meeting. It was originally scheduled for May 19, 1998 <br /> but due to lack of requested and required information, the.City was advised by its legal <br /> counsel to postpone said Public Hearing. <br /> in addition, the City has learned that a closing on the sale of the property is scheduled <br /> for Monday, May 18, 1998. Our City Attorney has advised us that because the <br /> property will be sold the day before it was originally scheduled for Public Hearing for <br /> subdivision, your application for this subdivision may not be valid.
