Morrison announced that the City Hall, Fire Station, and Public Works facilities would be open <br /> 5 from about 4:00.on in case anyone had a problem and needed help. <br /> 6 Cavanaugh recalled a prior discussion about having the Councilmembers available at City Hall - <br /> 7 after midnight of the New Year. Morrison stated that he believed,that would not be necessary. <br /> 8 Ranallo offered that the City Council should remain available, however, in case it should be <br /> 9 called upon for assistance. <br /> 10 VIII. NEW BUSINESS. <br /> 13 A. - Amended Resolution 99-073, re: COPS Grant Project. <br /> 14 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen,-to adopt Amended Resolution 99-073,re: COPS Grant <br /> 15 Project, wherein the City Council of the City of St: Anthony hereby authorizes Police Chief <br /> 16 Richard Engstrom to execute such agreements and amendments as are necessary to implement <br /> 17 the project on behalf of the St. Anthony Police Department. <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 B. Resolution 99-074, re: Declare Non-Conservation Land. <br /> 20 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen, to adopt Resolution 99-074; re: Declare Non- <br /> 21 Conservation Land within City Boundaries for Public Auction, wherein the City Council of the <br /> 22 City of St. Anthony hereby approves said property for public auction. <br /> 23 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 24 C. Ordinance 1999-007, re: Personnel Policy(3rd Reading). <br /> 25 Motion by Marks, second by Cavanaugh, to approval the third reading of the Ordinance Relating <br /> 26 to Personnel Amendment Sections 300.03, Subd. 1 and 300.07, Subd. 4 and Sections 300.09 and <br /> 27 300.19; and Repealing Section 300.10; of the 1993 St. Anthony Code of Ordinances. <br /> 28 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 29 D.
