From 1971-1992 it was utilized as a meat processing
facility for Feinberg/Rueben Meats. This building was structurally sound
n but eery much in need of complete modernization. We fully converted the
structure to a modern laboratory and research facility, and connected two
adjoining structures, (one of which was formerly a truck service garage). The
entire "U" shaped facility is now the headquarters for Techne/R & D systems,
a world leader in the biotechnology-medical research field. The total area of
this project is currently 370,000 square feet.
IS
TF
Sv 5. - - ! i•L
L
-
,,,4•-,'E'..;7''e — +.. =tea l°,Y,..fj:
i
SEGVGE 4mrIG- •+•••
!
_ .•_ _ Zzo! I I
:•.::,'e s:'.   p 2.p s•aTEns - — RAC SYsTsns E `-- ff _ -
-
