The subject property, currently zoned commercial, is located <br /> at 4001 Stinson Boulevard. AT&T will propose to install three antenna mounts with I to <br /> 4 antennas per array. <br /> A Radio Frequency Engineer for AT&T has determined this area to be lacking sufficient <br /> cellular coverage. The area of focus to consider placing antennas was along Silver Lake <br /> Road,.most specifically nearest to Apache Plaza. AT&T has considered trying to use the <br /> existing US VVEST pole located on 37th Street, but the monopole is not tall enough to <br /> support AT&T's antennas. <br /> I expect to submit information by 3/1.5/00 in order to have a Concept Review on 3/21/00, <br /> the application discussed at Planning Commission 4/18/00 and final approval/denial at <br /> the 4/25/00 City Council meeting. <br /> I will be representing AT&T during the application process and will be attending all <br /> meetings regarding the application.
