We are <br /> a real estate developer based in Eden Prairie, and have entered into agreements to <br /> purchase the closed Amoco station and approximately 2')0 feet of the vacant land <br /> west of Amoco. We are proposing to construct a Walgreens Pharmacy, which we <br /> believe would be a nice addition to the community. <br /> While Walgreens is a national retailer, the focus of each store is serving the <br /> surrounding community. This store would feature a full-service pharmacy(with a <br /> drive-through prescription drop-off and pick-up), a one-hour photo, as well as staples <br /> such as milk, bread and other household items found in Walgreens stores across the <br /> nation. <br /> ® We are inviting you g g ou to a neighborhood meeting to be held Wednesday evening, <br /> November 15`h, at 7 p.m., at St. Anthony City Hall/Community Center.
