If so, the <br /> following are issues to consider as the city code relates to electronic signs: <br /> (1) Maximum number of copy lines. . <br /> (2) How long one message stays up before it changes. <br /> (3) Acceptable colors. <br /> (4) Sign copy surface area. <br /> . (5) Size of lettering. <br /> (6) What to call electronic signs in the code. <br /> • (7) Multi-sided signs. <br /> (8) Setback/easement requirements <br /> (9) Required Maintenance (no burned out bulbs) <br /> • <br />
