Resolution 01-034, re: Drainage easement for the Harding Street Ponding Project <br /> 11 Motion by Horst to adopt Resolution 01-034, re: Drainage easement for the Harding <br /> 12 Street Ponding Project. <br /> 13 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 14 Jeff Wenker, 2829 30th Avenue NE, stated he lives next to the property the City owns. <br /> 15 He stated one of their major concerns is the truck traffic from the contractor. He stated if <br /> 16 the contractor must stay within the lot line, it is within four feet of his house. <br /> 17 Mr. Hubmer explained that a large orange fence will be placed at the project perimeter <br /> 18 and the trucks will stay within that area. He stated construction activities do generate <br /> 19 vibrations and they will attempt to move this activity as far away from the homes as is <br /> 20 reasonable. <br /> 21 Mr. Wenker stated his concerns with maintenance of the pond, hours of construction, size <br /> 22 of activity area,who is responsible for home damage, timetable for the project, and <br /> 23 - liability. He stated he would like to receive copies of the.plans prior to the neighborhood <br /> 24 meeting so he is better able to respond. .Mr. Wenker asked about property taxes and if the <br /> 25 property would be reappraised. <br /> 26 Mayor Cavanaugh noted that these questions will probably be asked at the neighborhood <br /> 27 meeting. He stated his support.to have maintenance agreements on all of the City's <br /> 28 ponds. <br /> 29 Mr. Hubmer stated he will try to get copies of the plans from the landscape architect so <br /> 30 residents have an opportunity to review them prior to the neighborhood meeting. He <br /> 31 commented on the previous seismic readings that were taken during construction of the <br />
