The proposed sign conforms to all the parameters of the current.sign ordinance except for the <br /> required fifteen foot setback from our property line. In order to avoid hindering ingress to and egress <br /> from our parking lot, we would like to place it as close as possible to the east edge of the lot, twelve feet <br /> from our east property line. <br /> Comprehensive Sign Plan: No further signage is planned in the foreseeable future and the unsightly <br /> former driveup teller which currently occupies a portion of our lot has been removed. <br /> Lighting: Interior lighting by means of six vertical fluorescent high-output tubes mounted vertically on <br /> twelve inch centers. Lighting is anticipated to be from dusk to midnight. <br /> Landscaping: Will remain essentially unchanged except for the addition of small shrubs or bushes <br /> around the base of the sign support. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> E.
