TIF District No. 3-5 will be a <br /> tedevelopment tax increment financing district. Tax increments collected from TIF District No. 3-5 will <br /> enable the City to facilitate redevelopment of the Apache Plaza Shopping Center and surrounding area, <br /> commonly referred to as the Northwest Quadrant. The proposed location of TIF District No. 3-5 is within <br /> Redevelopment Project Area No. 3 and can be seen on the map as found in the enclosed document. <br /> As required by Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.175, Subdivision 2 and 4, we hereby forward a draft of the <br /> Modification to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Area No. 3 and the Tax Increment <br /> Financing Plan for TIF District No. 3-5 (the "Plans"), Please note that the Plans are in draft form for <br /> distribution to the County and the School District. The Plans contain the estimated fiscal and economic <br /> implications of proposed TIF District No. 3-5.
