Install one 28'x 32' steel canopy to match the existing canopy on the site. <br /> a. Installing [8] new canopy fixtures with a luminary emission at the south property line <br /> of 3.41 to 6.30, north property line of.040 to 8.88,north residential road side of.60 to <br /> 2.3 1, east property line of 0, and west residential road side of 1.00 to 3.73. See attached <br /> sheet. <br /> 2. Construct [2] new 3' x 12' refueling islands. <br /> 3. Provide [2] additional refueling dispensers with credit card readers. <br /> Response: <br /> Variance 1665.06: <br /> a. The site is zoned Commercial, and is presently a Gas station/Convenience Store. <br /> b. Reply; <br /> 1. The site presently has a small canopy but with the addition to the canopy, it enhances the <br /> safety of the site and neighborhood with more lighting and better weather conditions i.e.; <br /> less rain, snow, with shorter walking distance without overhead cover. <br /> 2. The present owner has purchased the location,which has been in the neighborhood for <br /> many years.Now with our present patrons going to the stations which have canopy cov- <br /> erage to keep them some-what out of the weather factors. <br /> 3. The proposed changes to the site will not be a detriment or injurious to the adjoining <br /> properties or the general neighborhood. <br />
