Since the Chair from 2003, Chris <br /> Melsha, is no longer on the Commission, and Vice Chair Randy Stille, is now on <br /> the City Council, I have asked Councilmember Brian Thuesen (who is Mayor Pro <br /> Tem and Council liaison to the Planning Commission) to call the meeting to order <br /> and take nominations for Chair and Vice Chair. Once a Chair and Vice Chair are <br /> elected by the Commissioners, Councilmember Thuesen will step aside and have <br /> the new Chair finish the meeting. <br /> Michael Morrison <br /> City Manager <br />
