Planning Commission Meeting Minutes <br /> June 15, 2004 <br /> Page 13 <br /> 1 <br /> 2 Ms. Hall stated that the Public Works Open House is scheduled for June 24, from 4:00 p.m. to <br /> 3 7:00 p.m. and reviewed with the Commission. She also mentioned there is an Open House at the <br /> 4 City's new liquor store on June 24, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br /> 5 <br /> 6 Vice Chair Hanson stated that it was exciting to see the 3-D dimensional example that Dominium <br /> 7 brought to the meeting. He stated that they are doing a very good job breaking up their <br /> 8 development noting that it is exciting to see how close they are getting to a start time. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Commissioner Jensen stated that on June 2, 2004 he attended a seminar on the Role of the <br /> 11 Planning Commission Member. He stated that it was an excellent seminar noting that there are <br /> 12 some very good sponsored seminars like this that help the Planning Commissioners with their <br /> 13 roles and reviewed with the Commission. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 X1I.
