Page 2
Park District staff is aware of the St. Anthony Village request for the placement of a Village
monument sign on Park District property at the corner of West County Road E and Silver Lake
Road. At this time we are not planning to place a Park District sign at that corner, but will
determine if a Park District sign will be needed in conjunction with the response to the Village's
request.
We ask that our sign request be placed on the agenda of the St. Anthony Village Planning
Commission meeting on Tuesday, July 20, 2004. We also would welcome the opportunity to
attend this meeting and update the Commission on our development plans for Silverwood and
answer any questions Commissioners have regarding our sign project for the Park.
Please contact me at (763) 694 7640, if you need further information and/or clarification on our
sign project. I look forward to your response and to working with you further on this and other
projects related to Silverwood that involve both of our agencies.
i
Sincerely,
Denis R. Hahn
Outdoor Education Manager—Special Facilities
c: Douglas Bryant, Superintendent and Secretary to the Board, Three Rivers Park District
Tom McDowell, Director—Department of Program and Facility Services, Three Rivers
Park District
Doug Berens, Central Services Manager, Three Rivers Park District
Jay Hartman,Public Works Director, Saint Anthony Village
