Mr. Harold Hudson of the Hennepin <br /> County Assessor's office contacted us on the 19th and informed us that we <br /> wouldn ' t be able to have our second Board of Review on June 8th as that would <br /> be 21 days after our 1st meeting. Mayor Mi.edtke and I have discussed having <br /> the meeting June 1st and working on the zoning ordinance afterward. <br /> ACTION: Council <br /> 5. Public Hearing-None <br /> 6. Ordinances & Resolutions-None <br /> 7. Old Business <br /> a. Dick Ernst for Bryant Investment Company regarding rezoning of property <br /> located on Kenzie Terrace between G & G Body Shop and Legion Club. Mr. <br /> Ernst had indicated that he doesn' t feel he can delay any longer and must <br /> pursue his rezoning request. <br /> ACTION: Council <br /> 8. New Business <br /> a. 49'er Demands for 1977. Attached please find a copy of the demands. In <br /> total they represent somewhere between 85%-100% increase over present salary <br /> and benefits. In addition you will find a copy of the MAMA 491er negotiating" <br /> committee response. <br /> ACTION: Recommend we authorize committee to negotiate both salary and <br /> master contract language. <br /> b. Discuss reviewing zoning ordinance June 1st after Board of Review. <br /> ACTION: Council <br /> • c. Discussion of ordinances regarding landing helicopters and dances. <br /> Attached please find a copy of the Bloomington ordinance regarding <br /> helicopters. Bloomington is the only community that I know of that has <br /> any regulations on helicopters landing. You will find attached to that the <br /> FAA regulations regardinghelicopters landing. This ordinance was <br /> requested by the police department after a request to land in the village. <br /> We have had no problems to date. <br /> ACTION: Council <br />
