Two courts are in need of resurfacing an.-3 <br /> there is a sink hole in one of the courts resurfaced last <br /> • <br /> year. The hockey rink has rotted and slanted boards . It <br /> may be advantageous to contact civic and sports grips in <br /> the city regarding their financing the boards. <br /> 9 . Communications . & Petitions <br /> a. Notice of Hearing-Metropolitan Council. The hearing is <br /> on review criteria of proposed matters of metropolitan <br /> significance. <br /> b. Association of Metropolitan Municipalities Dues Statement <br /> c. Hennepin County re: CSAH 93 Silver Lake Road to E. County <br /> Line, concerning intersection design and storm sewer cost <br /> participation. <br /> d.. National League of Cities Policy Leaders Program. <br /> Reservations should be mace promptly if you wish to attend. <br /> e. Petition re: Alley light between 2501 and. 2505 Pahl <br /> Avenue. (The alley between Pahl and St. Anthony Blvd. ) In <br /> the past, the City has not paid for alley lights . If we pay <br /> for this one, we may have to reimburse people for previously <br /> installed alley lights and have to pay for future requests. <br /> Also, we should complete our street lighting program. <br /> 10 . Reports <br /> a. Water Report. The Public Works Department is providing <br /> not only top quality water but plenty of it-we have been <br /> able to meet the water demand during the past dry period. <br /> No sprinkler ban is forseen. <br />
