Resolution No. 76-047, Resolution regarding a lot split. This resolution accomplishes a lot split that we approved for Midwest Federal in the Apache area. Apache orginally requested the split because of the lease with Midwest federal. ACTION: Recommend approval 7. Old Business a. Request for street lights on Foss Road by the Mirror Lake Manor. Several weeks ago we received a petition from the residents of Mirror Lake Manor requesting street lights , at that time the petition was tabled till we finalized the budget. If we do put street lights in this area I recommend that we only install two, one at the curve or the bendof the road in front of St. Anthony Millwork and one approximately a block northeast of thereat, at the bend in the road. There are three different choices of lights that we could use in the area; the prices vary from $147 . 60 a year for 2 lights for 175 watt mercury vapor, a $174.00 a year for 250 watt mercury vapor to $180.00 a year for 100 watt sodium vapor. Sodium vapor lights provide more light and use less energy but they are the most costly for us to install. ACTION: Council b. A request by AFS to paint house numbers on curbs in City. Repre- sentatives of AFS have indicated that they will be at the meeting to request permission from the Council to paint house numbers on the curbs in the City. ACTION: Council C. Discussion of taking action to request Ramsey County to change cycling of signals at Silver Lane and Silver Lake 'Road. I didn' t prepare a resolution on this until we determine exactly how we want the cycling changed. I think we should discuss wording for a resolution which then can be prepared after the meeting and sent to Ramsey County. r
