Public Hearing 6 . Ordinances & Resolutions A. Ordinance re : Amusement Machines . Attached please find a copy of an ordinance prepared by the City Attorney regarding amuse- ment machines . There are several areas in the proposed ordin- ance the Attorney has left blank and the Council should consider filling in the numbers in those blanks . • ACTION: Recommend first reading . B. Resolution 76-048 . Execution of HECO Agreement. Along with the resolution you will find a HECO Joint and Cooperative Agreement, Ammendments of the original HECO agreement, Minutes of the meeting of the Hennepin County Public Safety Communications Committee when the new agreement was approved and a letter from the City Manager of the City of Richfield regarding the agreement. As you will note in the attached information the original agreement was deemed by the County Attorney to be improper for the County Sheriff to sign so the new agreement has been executed. ACTION: Recommend approval. C. Bingo Ordinance. The Council at the last meeting requested that that the Manager make a recommendation at the next meeting re- garding the amount of the license fee . After considering the matter, the Manager recommends that the fee be in the area of $150 to $250 . Under the present circumstances , that should be enough for the necessary paper work. ACTION: Recommend second reading. 7 . Old Business • A. Leasing part of space presently leased by Louiselle . Liquor store Manager and myself have reviewed and studied the space needs of the Apache operation and feel we should not lease more space at this time.
