Personally, Deputy <br /> Chief Hickerson, Police Department will be at the meeting to <br /> explain the Police Department' s position regarding the <br /> ordinance. <br /> ACTION: Council <br /> B. Resolution 76-051 - A resolution modifying the 1976 Budget. <br /> The attached resolution will allow the City Treasurer to <br /> transfer monies received from the City of Columbia Heights <br /> and the School District from the Miscellaneous Income Account <br /> to the Motor Fuel Account to cover additional purchases of <br /> fuel which are required. <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval . <br /> C. Resolution 76-052 - A resolution transferring CETA monies <br /> received to Payroll , Pension and Insurance Accounts . The <br /> attached resolution will allow the City Treasurer to transfer <br /> monies from the Miscellaneous Income Account to the Finance <br /> and Accounting Account where its needed to pay salaries and <br /> benefits for CETA employees . <br /> ACTION: Recommend approval . <br /> • 7 .
