Mr. Soth suggested the <br /> wording of Section 7 of the contract be modified to conform to Section <br /> 5 's reference to conformance to the City ordinances. <br /> • Motion by .Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Makowske to <br /> adopt Resolution 84-003. <br /> RESOLUTION 84-003 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br /> CITY MANAGER TO- EXECUTE THE CONTRACT <br /> WITH MAPSI , INC. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The proposed purchasing agreement with St. Paul which would enable <br /> the City Fire Department -to gain access to the many purchasing <br /> contracts utilized by St. Paul was discussed with Chief Entner. <br /> Mr. Soth recommended a modification of the wording of Section .5 <br /> which would indicate "the bids would be subject to the approval of. <br /> both the City of St. Anthony and "$t. Paul" . <br /> Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by .Councilman Ranallo to <br /> adopt the resolution which authorizes the execution of the joint <br /> purchasing agreement with St. Paul with changes in the wording <br /> suggested by the City Attorney. <br /> RESOLUTION 84-004 <br /> • A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER <br /> TO SIGN THE JOINT PURCHASING AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND THE CITY OF ST. PAUL <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />
