The Rice Creek Watershed District has apparently approved the drainage of the existing pond .considering only three acres where sixteen should have been addressed. Mr.. Soth urged immediate notifi- cation of the problem -to the Watershed District as .well as Roseville and the developer, and the letter written by Mr. Moore for the City will be hand delivered. Motion by Mayor Haik and . seconded by Councilman Sundland to authorize staff to work with Roseville to develop a Joint Powers Agreement for the proposedstorm sewer system .north of County Road C near the St. Anthony border, subject to the determination of, the validity of the Rice Creek Watershed District permit for the Mand M Development Corporation site and to authorize an engineering:.proposal for a feasibility study from Short-Elliott-Hendrickson,- Inc. for the sewer system.
