• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> September 16 , 1980 <br /> The meeting was. called to order by Mayor. Haik at 7 :05 P.M. <br /> Present: Haik, Sundland, Letourneau, Marks. <br /> Absent: Ranallo. <br /> Also present: Fornell, Hall, .Entner and Johnson of the City staff. <br /> Chief Hall. and Assistant Chief Entner led. the Council on a lengthy <br /> discussion about the fire department. The salient points were: <br /> (1) Modifications in deployment for which the Council expressed <br /> tentative support.. Modifications in crew size are to be reviewed <br /> in the future. <br /> (2) Assistant Chief- Entner's goals and objectives for the department. <br /> (3) Communications equipment and the need to- have a high capability <br /> • Reserve response, very dependent on- communications. <br /> (4) Equipment needs . <br /> (5) Medical response capability. <br /> Councilman Ranallo. arrived at 8 :30 P.M. <br /> Motion by Marks; seconded .by Haik to adjourn at 9 :15 P.M. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br />
