Johnson <br /> • Councilman Clarence Ranallo Mikki Gottwalt. .(Gottwalt Products) <br /> Bill Zawislak <br /> Councilman George Marks Bob Pulscher (Springstead Associates) <br /> John Madden <br /> The School Board is to appoint a Board member, .a senior representa- <br /> tive will be designated by the Council and Councilman Marks will <br /> check with Mr. Pulscher on his service. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The City Manager explained the problems in getting a $200 ,000 liquor <br /> liability excess insurance policy or an .umbrella policy. He said <br /> the Puritan Insurance Co. proposal was less costly in total to the <br /> liquor fund than the IMI proposal of November 7th because the <br /> umbrella cost. is split between four funds and the total coverage <br /> will be $1. 3 million vs. $250 ,000/$500 ,000 under the IMI proposal . <br /> He said that the statutory Dram Shop limits are untested and advised <br /> that an umbrella is desirable anyway above the statutory limits . <br /> Motion by Councilman . Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Marks to <br /> accept the Puritan Insurance Co. proposal for a $1 million umbrella <br /> policy for a flat .premium of $10 ,500. <br /> • Motion carried unanimously. <br /> City Manager Fornell. explained the need for a police professional <br /> insurance policy. <br />
