Terrace Study; <br /> $4,766 for the City ' s share of LMD building program; .$3,200 to <br /> Erickson, Ellison and Associates for. the maxi', study.-on- the Parkview <br /> building and .$3,982 .66: to Short-Elliott-Hendrickson:, Inc. for engineer-. <br /> ing services on the sanitary, sewer relief diversion. to Minneapolis. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> During a discussion of energy efficiency planning, Councilman Marks <br /> said a recent study had surprisingly indicated one of the oldest <br /> buildings in St. Paul had proven to be more energy efficient than <br /> another built in 1955.
